1. Scope of the Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website gloveguild.com (the "Platform"), operated by BELGRAVIA STUDIO LIMITED, registered in the United Kingdom with a registered address at 66 Lavender Hill, London, England, SW11 5RQ ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
The Platform provides an online platform that allows users to buy and sell digital in-game items, including virtual cosmetic items commonly known as "skins", through supported third-party gaming platforms and related trading systems.

Certain services or activities available through the Platform may also be subject to additional rules, policies, guidelines, or separate agreements published on the website from time to time, which form an integral part of these Terms.
The Company may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Platform, its functionality, or related services at any time where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, compliance, or security purposes.
The Platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Valve Corporation, Steam, or any other game publisher or platform operator unless expressly stated otherwise. All trademarks, logos, game titles, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

3. Eligibility
By using the Platform, you confirm that you have the legal right and capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction and that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when accessing or using the Platform and to maintain the accuracy of such information at all times. The Company may request additional information or verification where reasonably necessary for operational, compliance, security, or fraud prevention purposes.
The Platform may not be used by individuals or entities that are subject to sanctions, trade restrictions, legal prohibitions, or other limitations that would make the use of the Services unlawful or restricted.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse access to the Platform, reject registration requests, restrict certain functionality, suspend accounts, or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, its users, business operations, security, or compliance interests.
4. Age Requirements
The Platform is intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
Where required by the registration process, users must affirmatively confirm their age by completing a dedicated age-confirmation step (such as a checkbox) before an Account can be created or the Services can be used. This confirmation is in addition to, and does not replace, the Company's right to request further proof of age or identity verification under this Section.
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm and represent that you are at least 18 years old and that your use of the Services does not violate any law, regulation, or contractual restriction applicable to you.
The Company reserves the right to request proof of age, identity verification, or additional information at any time where reasonably necessary for compliance, security, fraud prevention, or operational purposes. Failure to provide requested information within a reasonable period may result in temporary restrictions, suspension of transactions, account limitation, or termination of access to the Platform.
If the Company reasonably believes that a user is under the age of 18 or has provided false, misleading, or inaccurate information regarding their age or eligibility, the Company may immediately restrict or terminate access to the Platform without prior notice.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that access to and use of the Platform is lawful within their jurisdiction and permitted under any applicable third-party platform requirements, including Steam rules and policies.
5. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Platform, users may be required to create an Account through the registration and authentication methods supported by the Platform.
Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout their use of the Platform. Each Account is personal to the registered user and may not be sold, transferred, shared, sublicensed, or otherwise made available to any third party without the prior written consent of the Company.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Account credentials, connected devices, and related third-party accounts. Any activity performed through an Account shall be deemed to have been authorised by the registered user unless proven otherwise.
Users must immediately notify the Company of any suspected unauthorised access, security breach, misuse of an Account, or other suspicious activity related to their use of the Platform.
The Company reserves the right to refuse registration requests, restrict account functionality, request additional information, suspend access, or terminate Accounts where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, fraud prevention, operational integrity, or protection of the Platform and its users.
The creation or use of multiple Accounts for abusive, manipulative, fraudulent, or prohibited purposes is strictly prohibited.
6. Steam Authentication and Integration
The Platform operates through integration with Steam and related Steam trading infrastructure. In order to access certain features of the Platform, users are required to authenticate and connect a valid Steam account through the supported Steam login system.
By connecting a Steam account to the Platform, you confirm that you are the legitimate owner or authorised user of the connected Steam account and that you have the legal right to use such account in connection with the Services.
Following successful Steam authentication, certain Platform features may remain temporarily unavailable until the connected Steam account satisfies applicable Steam trading and security requirements. Steam may impose mandatory trade holds, security waiting periods, verification checks, or account restrictions that are outside the Company's control.
Depending on the status and history of the Steam account, access to trading functionality may become available immediately or may remain restricted for several days due to Steam-related security rules, including restrictions following password resets, device changes, authenticator setup, inactivity periods, or other account security events.
The Company does not control Steam systems, Steam trade holds, account restrictions, API limitations, outages, or other actions imposed by Valve Corporation or related third-party services. Transactions may be delayed, restricted, cancelled, reversed, or unavailable due to Steam-related limitations, technical interruptions, security mechanisms, or other external factors outside the Company's reasonable control.
Users must not use stolen, compromised, shared, purchased, manipulated, or otherwise unauthorised Steam accounts in connection with the Platform. The Platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Valve Corporation or Steam unless expressly stated otherwise.
7. Nature of the Platform and Scope of Services
The Platform operates as an online platform for the purchase, sale, transfer, and delivery of digital in-game items. The Services are intended solely to facilitate transactions involving virtual cosmetic items associated with supported gaming platforms.
The Company acts as the operator of the Platform and as the merchant of record for transactions processed through the Services. Payments made by users are processed solely in connection with specific transactions involving digital items available through the Platform.
The Platform provides users with an internal account balance functionality used solely to facilitate the purchase and sale of supported digital items through the Services. This functionality consists of (i) a top-up balance, credited when a user adds funds by card, which may only be used to purchase digital items on the Platform and cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, or transferred to a bank card or to any other user; and (ii) a proceeds balance, credited with the proceeds of completed sales, which may be used to purchase digital items or, once a payout is processed in accordance with Section 12, withdrawn to a supported payment method.
The Platform does not provide banking services, electronic money services, payment accounts in the regulatory sense, general-purpose money transmission, investment products, gambling services, or financial advisory services. Users cannot use the Platform to transfer funds to other users, exchange currencies, or conduct financial transactions unrelated to the purchase and sale of supported digital items, and no balance held within the Platform constitutes a deposit, electronic money, or a claim against the Company other than as expressly described in these Terms.
The Company may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services, Platform features, supported items, transaction methods, or operational functionality where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, security, compliance, or business purposes.
8. Digital Items and Steam-Related Risks
Digital items available through the Platform are virtual entertainment-related items associated with third-party gaming ecosystems, including Steam. Such items exist exclusively in digital form and may be subject to restrictions, limitations, trade holds, delays, modifications, removals, reversals, or other actions imposed by game publishers, Steam, or other third-party platform operators.
The Company does not guarantee the continued availability, transferability, compatibility, market demand, or market value of any digital item listed, purchased, sold, or transferred through the Platform. Prices, availability, and transfer conditions may change at any time due to user activity, market conditions, technical limitations, Steam-related restrictions, account limitations, game updates, publisher decisions, or other external factors outside the reasonable control of the Company.
In certain situations, digital items may become unavailable, restricted, reversed, locked, removed, or otherwise inaccessible due to actions or limitations imposed by Steam, game publishers, account restrictions, technical failures, or other third-party systems. The Company does not guarantee the recoverability or restoration of digital items affected by such circumstances.
The Company does not control and is not responsible for the operation, availability, security, policies, or technical functionality of Steam or any other third-party gaming platform. Users remain solely responsible for maintaining compliant, functional, and secure third-party accounts required for use of the Services.
9. Orders and Order Processing
Users may place orders for supported digital items through the Platform in accordance with the functionality and procedures made available on the website from time to time.
An order is considered submitted once a user confirms the intention to proceed with a transaction through the Platform interface. Submission of an order does not guarantee successful completion of a transaction. Orders may be delayed, restricted, cancelled, reversed, or rejected where reasonably necessary due to technical issues, pricing errors, unavailable items, duplicate listings, Steam-related restrictions, security concerns, suspicious activity, fraud prevention measures, compliance checks, operational limitations, or third-party system interruptions.
Users are responsible for carefully reviewing order details before confirming a transaction, including the selected item, pricing, delivery-related information, and connected Steam account details. Once order processing has started, cancellation or modification requests may not always be possible.
10. Payments and Payment Processing
The Platform allows users to make payments in connection with the purchase of supported digital items available through the Platform. All payments made through the Platform are processed solely for the purpose of completing a specific transaction involving a digital item.
The Company acts as the merchant of record for transactions processed through the Platform. When a user submits payment details and confirms a transaction, the payment is processed through authorised third-party payment service providers ("PSPs") and related financial infrastructure selected by the Company from time to time.
Submission of payment information does not guarantee acceptance or successful completion of a transaction. Payments may be declined, delayed, reversed, restricted, cancelled, placed under review, or otherwise unavailable due to technical issues, Steam-related restrictions, fraud prevention measures, issuer decisions, PSP requirements, verification procedures, compliance checks, insufficient funds, suspected unauthorised activity, or other operational or security-related reasons.
A transaction is not considered successfully processed until the Company receives confirmation of successful payment authorisation and related processing results from the applicable PSP or payment infrastructure.
As described in Section 7, the Platform maintains internal top-up and proceeds balances to facilitate transactions but does not offer general-purpose electronic money, payment accounts, or money transfer services. Payments made through the Platform are processed exclusively in connection with the purchase and sale of supported digital items available through the Platform, and any balance recorded within a user's account does not constitute a deposit or a claim other than as described in these Terms.
Funds added to a user's top-up balance are non-refundable and constitute a credit usable solely for the purchase of digital items available through the Platform. Once added, top-up funds cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, exchanged for cash, or transferred back to the original payment card, bank account, or any other payment method, whether or not such funds have been used, except where expressly required by applicable law. By adding funds to the top-up balance, the user requests immediate access to this functionality and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, acknowledges that this may affect any statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to the top-up transaction.
The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, limit, reverse, delay, or cancel transactions where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, security, compliance, fraud prevention, or operational integrity purposes.
11. Delivery and Trade Completion
Following successful payment processing, the relevant digital item transfer process may begin through the supported Steam trading infrastructure and related Platform systems.
Delivery of digital items is performed through Steam and may require users to maintain a valid and properly configured Steam account capable of receiving and transferring items in accordance with applicable Steam requirements and restrictions.
An order will generally be considered completed once the Platform receives reasonable confirmation that the relevant digital item has been successfully transferred or made available to the buyer through the applicable trading infrastructure. The Company may rely on technical logs, trade records, Steam-related data, API responses, timestamps, delivery confirmations, and other available technical evidence when determining the status of a transaction.
Delivery timing may vary depending on Steam availability, seller actions, technical restrictions, API functionality, security reviews, account limitations, trade holds, or other operational factors outside the Company's reasonable control.
The Company reserves the right to delay, suspend or cancel transactions where delivery cannot be confirmed, where suspicious activity is identified or where technical issues occur.
12. Seller Proceeds and Payout Eligibility
Users who sell digital items through the Platform are independent users and are not employees, representatives, agents, partners or contractors of the Company. The Platform provides the functionality and related services necessary for transactions involving supported digital items.
Users who participate in selling activity through the Platform may become eligible to receive payouts in connection with successfully completed transactions, subject to these Terms, applicable Seller Terms, operational requirements, verification procedures, and review processes.
The Platform may apply holding periods, transaction reviews, delayed payout procedures, reserve measures, fraud prevention controls, or additional verification requirements before any payout becomes eligible for release.
Amounts associated with completed sales are held until the trade hold that Steam applies to the transferred item has cleared. The Platform checks the status of this hold directly against Steam's systems for each transaction; during the hold, the transferred item cannot be traded further and the underlying Steam trade offer cannot be cancelled or reversed by the seller. In practice, this hold has consistently resolved to a period of around 8 days from the trade; however, the exact duration is determined solely by Steam based on the Steam accounts involved in the trade, is not guaranteed by the Company, and may be longer for a specific transaction.
This hold exists to prevent fraudulent chargebacks, unauthorized account access, and so-called "friendly fraud," where a seller attempts to reclaim or invalidate an item after receiving payment. Accordingly, the Platform does not treat a sale as fully and finally completed, and does not release the corresponding seller proceeds for payout, until the applicable Steam trade hold has expired and the transfer of the item has been confirmed as final.
The Company does not control and cannot shorten the Steam trade hold and shall not be liable for any delay in payout resulting from its duration or timing. This does not limit the Company's separate right, set out below in this Section, to further delay, suspend, restrict, reverse, or withhold a specific payout where reasonably necessary due to fraud prevention concerns, disputes, chargebacks, or compliance requirements, independently of whether the Steam trade hold has cleared.
Users acknowledge and agree that any transaction-related amounts displayed within the Platform, including pending, processing, review, payable, available, or similar statuses, represent internal Platform records only and do not constitute bank accounts, payment accounts, stored funds, electronic money, deposits, or user-owned balances.
Until a payout is successfully processed by the Company, sellers have no right to freely transfer, withdraw, assign, exchange, spend, or otherwise use any transaction-related amounts displayed within the Platform interface. Eligibility for payout does not guarantee immediate payout processing and additional review procedures may apply before release of funds.
Seller proceeds become eligible for payout only after the relevant transaction has been successfully completed, delivery has been reasonably confirmed, all applicable review procedures have been completed, and the transaction has not become subject to disputes, reversals, restrictions, chargebacks, technical issues, payment concerns, or compliance-related holds.
Prior to payout processing, sellers do not obtain ownership, beneficial rights, or unrestricted control over transaction-related amounts recorded within the Platform systems.
The Company reserves the right to delay, suspend, restrict, reverse, adjust, offset, withhold, or refuse payouts where reasonably necessary due to fraud prevention concerns, disputes, chargebacks, transaction reviews, technical issues, payment provider requirements, operational risks, compliance checks, Steam-related restrictions, Platform protection measures, or violations of these Terms or applicable Seller Terms.
Payouts may only be made to supported payout methods and verified payout details accepted by the Platform from time to time. Additional verification or supporting information may be requested before payouts are processed.
Seller-related activity may also be subject to additional rules, operational requirements, restrictions, and obligations set out in separate Seller Terms published on the Platform.
13. Fees, Pricing and Taxes
Prices for digital items available through the Platform may vary depending on user listings, market conditions, availability, trading activity, demand, pricing fluctuations, and other relevant factors.
The Company may charge transaction fees, service fees, payout-related fees, processing fees, or other applicable charges in connection with the use of the Platform and related Services. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing structures, fees, payout thresholds, supported payment methods, or applicable charges at any time where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, commercial, compliance, or business purposes.
Users are solely responsible for determining, reporting, declaring, and paying any taxes, duties, levies, reporting obligations, or other governmental charges that may arise in connection with their use of the Platform, including transactions involving the purchase, sale, transfer, or payout of digital items. The Company does not provide tax, accounting, financial, or legal advice.
14. Refunds and Failed Transactions
Due to the digital nature of the Services and the immediate processing and transfer of digital items through third-party gaming infrastructure, transactions completed through the Platform are generally considered final and non-refundable once successful delivery has been confirmed.
Refund requests may only be considered in limited circumstances where a transaction cannot be successfully completed due to failed delivery, confirmed technical errors, duplicate transactions, unauthorised payment activity, or other exceptional situations where the Company determines that a refund is reasonably justified.
A transaction may be considered a failed delivery where the relevant digital item cannot be successfully transferred to the buyer through the applicable Steam trading infrastructure within a reasonable period due to technical failures, unavailable items, seller non-performance, Steam-related restrictions, API interruptions, trade errors, or other operational issues preventing completion of the transaction.
Refund requests must generally be submitted within 14 days from the date of the relevant transaction unless otherwise required under applicable law.
Refund eligibility may depend on delivery confirmation records, Steam trade data, technical verification results, Platform records, payment processing outcomes, dispute review findings, and other operational or security-related information available to the Company.
Refunds will generally not be available where delivery of the digital item has been successfully completed and confirmed through the applicable technical systems and Platform records.
Where a refund is approved in connection with a failed or cancelled purchase of a digital item, the Company credits back the same internal balance from which the purchase was paid — that is, to the buyer's top-up balance where the purchase was paid from the top-up balance, or to the buyer's proceeds balance where the purchase was paid from the proceeds balance. The Company does not return such amounts to the buyer's payment card or bank account. Amounts credited to a top-up balance under this paragraph remain subject to Section 10 and cannot subsequently be withdrawn or transferred to a payment card or bank account; amounts credited to a proceeds balance may be withdrawn in accordance with Section 12.
Where a refund is approved in respect of a confirmed duplicate or unauthorised charge to a user's payment card, the Company will credit the disputed amount to the user's top-up balance, unless a return of funds to the original payment card is arranged directly through the relevant payment service provider or is required by applicable law. Users who wish to dispute a card charge directly with their bank or card issuer may do so independently of this Section, subject to Section 16.
Refund processing times may vary depending on payment providers, banks, card issuers, compliance reviews, technical systems, or external financial infrastructure outside the reasonable control of the Company.
The Company reserves the right to refuse, limit, delay, suspend, or review refund requests where suspicious activity, fraud concerns, chargeback risks, abuse of the refund process, technical inconsistencies, or violations of these Terms are identified.
15. Complaints Handling
Users may submit complaints relating to transactions, delivery issues, account restrictions, technical problems, payment concerns, or other matters connected with the use of the Platform by contacting the Company at support@gloveguild.com.
Complaints must generally be submitted within 14 days from the date of the relevant transaction, event, or issue giving rise to the complaint, unless otherwise required under applicable law.
Complaints should contain sufficient information to allow the Company to reasonably identify the user, the relevant transaction or issue, and the nature of the complaint. The Company may request additional information, supporting documents, screenshots, technical evidence, Steam-related information, or other materials reasonably necessary for the review and assessment of the complaint.
Users are expected to cooperate in good faith during complaint reviews and provide accurate and complete information where requested. Submission of a complaint does not automatically result in a refund, reversal, compensation, or other specific outcome.
16. Disputes and Claims
Users may raise disputes relating to transactions, delivery status, failed transfers, unauthorised activity, payment issues, account restrictions, or other matters relating to the Platform by contacting the Company at support@gloveguild.com.
All disputes are subject to internal review procedures conducted by the Company using available information, technical records, transaction data, Platform records, Steam-related information, API responses, timestamps, payment status data, account activity records, and other operational evidence available at the time of review.
The Company may rely on technical delivery records, transaction logs, Steam-related trade confirmations, API verification data, internal monitoring systems, and Platform records as primary evidence when assessing disputes and determining transaction outcomes.
Where a transaction has been successfully completed and delivery has been confirmed through the applicable technical systems and available records, the Company may reject disputes, refund requests, reversal claims, or related complaints associated with such transaction.
If a user initiates a payment reversal, bank dispute, card issuer claim, or similar payment-related claim through a bank, card issuer, PSP, or payment provider, the Company reserves the right to provide transaction records, delivery confirmations, technical logs, account information, communication history, and other relevant evidence in connection with the defence or review of such claim.
17. Prohibited Activities and Restricted Use
Users may not use the Platform for any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, manipulative, or unauthorised activity. The Platform may only be used for legitimate transactions involving supported digital items in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
Users are strictly prohibited from using the Platform in connection with stolen, fraudulently obtained, manipulated, restricted, unauthorised, or compromised digital items, Steam accounts, payment methods, devices, identities, or third-party accounts.
Users must not engage in fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, market manipulation, price manipulation, fake transactions, artificial trading activity, coordinated abuse, account sharing, account resale, impersonation, multi-account abuse, automated exploitation, bot activity, phishing, social engineering, or attempts to interfere with the integrity, security, or operation of the Platform.
The Platform may not be used to conceal, transfer, exchange, move, store, layer, or facilitate the movement of funds or assets unrelated to legitimate transactions involving digital items. Users must not use the Services as a money transfer mechanism, payment routing service, financial intermediary, or unauthorised transaction tool.
Use of the Platform by sanctioned persons, restricted individuals, prohibited jurisdictions, or users acting in violation of applicable sanctions, export controls, or trade restrictions is strictly prohibited.
18. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Rights
All content, software, website design, graphics, logos, text, Platform functionality, databases, interfaces, trademarks, branding elements, and other materials made available through the Platform, excluding third-party content and intellectual property, are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may access and use the Platform solely for personal and lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, commercially exploit, or otherwise use Platform content or functionality without the prior written consent of the Company, except where permitted by applicable law.
Steam, Valve Corporation, game publishers, developers, and other third-party platform operators remain the owners of their respective trademarks, services, game assets, and intellectual property rights. Any references to third-party names, games, trademarks, or services on the Platform are made solely for identification and informational purposes.
19. Account Restrictions and Termination
The Company reserves the right to restrict, suspend, freeze, limit, review, or terminate access to the Platform, Accounts, transactions, payouts, Platform functionality, or related Services where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, security, compliance, fraud prevention, operational integrity, or business protection purposes.
Such measures may be applied in cases including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, suspicious activity, payment disputes, chargebacks, account compromise, Steam-related violations, abusive conduct, manipulation of transactions or Platform activity, prohibited activity, false information, security risks, sanctions concerns, violations of these Terms, or breaches of applicable laws or third-party platform rules.
Where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform or its users, the Company may apply restrictions or termination measures immediately and without prior notice.
Users remain responsible for any obligations, liabilities, disputes, payment reversals, chargebacks, losses, fees, or violations arising prior to or in connection with account suspension or termination.
20. Security and Scam Awareness
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Accounts, devices, Steam accounts, authentication methods, email access, and related credentials used in connection with the Platform.
The Company will never request Steam passwords, payment card PIN codes, full payment authentication credentials, or other sensitive security information through unsolicited communications.
Users are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of trade requests, links, external communications, third-party services, and interactions conducted outside the official Platform environment.
The Company is not responsible for losses arising from compromised user accounts, phishing attacks, external scams, device compromise, unauthorised third-party access, fake trade activity, or security incidents caused by user negligence, third-party actions, or circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Company.
Users must immediately notify the Company of any suspected unauthorised access, account compromise, fraudulent activity, or security-related incident affecting their use of the Platform.
21. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
The Platform and all related Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties, guarantees, or representations of any kind, whether express or implied, except where such disclaimers are not permitted under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform, continuous access to Steam-related systems, error-free operation, uninterrupted Platform functionality, or the continued availability, transferability, compatibility, or market value of any digital item.
The Company shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, interruptions, delays, restrictions, failed transfers, unavailable items, account limitations, trade reversals, security incidents, technical failures, Steam-related actions, third-party platform decisions, API interruptions, or other events arising from circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Company.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of digital items, loss of data, reputational harm, trading losses, or other intangible losses arising from or connected with the use of the Platform or related Services.
The Company's total liability arising out of or relating to any transaction, dispute, claim, or use of the Platform shall, to the extent permitted by law, not exceed the total amount paid by the relevant user to the Company in connection with the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.
22. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure, interruption, delay, suspension, restriction, or inability to perform any obligation under these Terms where such event results from circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Company.
Such circumstances may include technical failures, Steam or API outages, cyberattacks, infrastructure disruptions, internet failures, third-party service interruptions, payment provider failures, governmental actions, legal restrictions, labour disputes, security incidents, force majeure events, or other operational or external events affecting the availability or functionality of the Platform or related Services.
During the existence of such circumstances, the Company may temporarily suspend, delay, restrict, modify, or limit access to the Platform, transactions, payouts, delivery processes, or related Services where reasonably necessary.
23. Indemnification
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and partners from and against any claims, disputes, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, penalties, fines, chargebacks, investigations, or legal fees arising out of or related to the user's violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, fraudulent activity, payment disputes, chargebacks, account compromise caused by the user, unlawful conduct, prohibited activity, third-party claims, intellectual property violations, Steam-related violations, misuse of payment methods, or breach of applicable laws or third-party platform rules.
Users agree to cooperate with the Company in connection with investigations, disputes, claims, chargeback defence procedures, fraud reviews, compliance reviews, or legal requests reasonably related to their use of the Platform.
24. Governing Law
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with the Platform or the Services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Users are encouraged to first contact the Company at support@gloveguild.com in order to attempt to resolve any concerns, complaints, or disputes in good faith before initiating formal legal proceedings.
To the extent permitted under applicable law, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory legal rights or consumer protections that may apply to users under applicable law.
25. Changes to the Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, legal, compliance, security, or business purposes.
Updated versions of the Terms may be published on the Platform and may become effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated. Continued access to or use of the Platform following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a user does not agree to any updated Terms, the user must stop using the Platform and related Services.
26. Entire Agreement and Severability
These Terms, together with any related policies, guidelines, or additional terms expressly referenced on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between the user and the Company regarding access to and use of the Platform and Services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, unenforceable, or ineffective under applicable law, such provision shall be interpreted and enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain fully valid and enforceable.
The failure of the Company to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any right or provision under these Terms.
